Tourist Tax: since the 1st of January, 2012 Regione Toscana has introduced Tourist Tax. In the municipality of Campiglia Marittima a Tourist Tax of 1,00€ per day will be applied in the period between the 1st of April and the 31st of October for all people above the age of 12.
Check-in and check-out: every room is available for check-in after 3 pm and has to be left by 10 am on your check-out day. You are kindly requested to inform us if your arrival time is after 7 pm.
Methods of payment: we ask you a down payment at the moment of the booking and a balance when you receive your room keys. You can pay cash, with cheques, EC, Visa or MasterCard cards.
Linen is changed once a week. More linen is available with fee upon request.
